Join us Friday, November 30, as we welcome James Beard Award-winning Chef Mike Solomonov and Restaurateur Steve Cook into Pacific Standard Time for a four-course feast in celebration of their newest cookbook, Israeli Soul. Guests will enjoy a prix fixe menu, composed of plated Middle Eastern dishes and shared salatim and mezze bites, all inspired by Solomonov and Cook's travels through Israeli, and adapted from their beloved Philadelphia restaurant, Zahav. Course 1: Salatim & Hummus & Laffa

Hummus with pan-roasted turnips with dates and harif, served with laffa

Salatim (a traditional assortment of Israeli salads and spreads):

Abe Fisher Beet Salad
Turkish Salad
Grated Carrots with chilies
Cabbage with onion, sumac and dill
Roasted eggplant with peppers

Course 2: Mezze

Brussels Sprouts with Brussels sprouts baba ganoush, hazelnuts and Bulgarian feta
Stuffed Grape leaves with pomegranate molasses
Beef Tongue with beans
Pickled Mackerel with rye bread
Carrot Chraime

Course 3: Mains
Zahav's Lamb Shoulder with carrot pilaf
Sabich, served with dill tabbouleh

Course 4: Dessert
Malabi Custard with rose and hibiscus
