January 24: CALIFORNIA Beer Dinner ft. Sierra Nevada

Beer in January: there’s really nothing better. That’s why we’re ending the first month of 2019 with a Sierra Nevada beer dinner, featuring pours of the legendary west-coast brewery’s best stuff. In celebration of Sierra Nevada’s Chico, CA roots, Chef Erling Wu-Bower and Executive Sous Chef Ben Trusedell will be serving a casual, family-style menu to go with each taste of beer, selected by Head Bartender Scott Stroemer.

We have immense respect for all Sierra Nevada has done to support their local community in the wake of the recent California wildfires. To show our solidarity, we’ll also be pouring their Resilience IPA on draft at the restaurant starting this month, with Sierra Nevada donating 100% of the sales to their Camp Fire Relief Fund. Fried Rockfish with celery, remoulade and fermented chili

Braised Beef with farro, grilled strip, pickled cipollini onion and mustard greens
Northern Hemisphere - Harvest Wet Hop IPA

Sweet
Mascarpone Panna Cotta with orange curd, orange supremes and graham cracker
Sidecar Orange Pale Ale
